Our Unwavering Pledge to Nurturing Your Personal and Professional Advancement
Our core work is our Learner Self-Development Programme currently working with 300+ learners in Grades 9 - 12 from Sekano Ntoane, Mapetla and Tetelo High Schools based in Soweto. The Program is delivered on Saturdays by our team of volunteer young professionals, for up to 25 Saturdays a year for Grade 9-12 learners in each school. This is supplemented by an Annual Career Day held twice a year, once at Sekano-Ntoane Secondary School and once at Tetelo Secondary School. In 2016, we successfully partnered with our peer organisation Seeds of Hope which increased our outreach to more learners. Our Alumni program aims to track 15 of our learners in their post matric studies at various institutions of higher learning.
To play a developmental role in the improvement of Education outcomes and Career awareness in Gauteng, which we believe will translate in the improvement of the lives of those we partner with.
Our vision is to see meaningful and sustained growth in the number of successful professionals & entrepreneurs coming out of Gauteng
We conduct educational soft skills & career oriented classes with our learners on allocated Saturdays 9am-12pm. We are currently working with two schools in Soweto - Sekano Ntoane (Senaoane) and Tetelo High School (Protea North).
